1. End User License Agreement

READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and CraftedPath. By purchasing, downloading, and/or using any of our SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. Grant of License

(a) Subscription License

After you have purchased a CraftedPath subscription, you are licensed to install and use the SOFTWARE on unlimited websites for your personal, educational, non-profit, and commercial use. You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE in any forms, including but not limited to templates, themes, software, and applications. Your subscription includes updates and support for the duration of your subscription term.

(b) Subscription Types

Yearly Subscription: You may install the SOFTWARE on unlimited websites. This license includes all plugins, updates, and priority support for one year. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Lifetime License: You may install the SOFTWARE on unlimited websites for as long as the SOFTWARE is maintained and supported. LIFETIME means the useful life of the SOFTWARE, i.e., the period of time CraftedPath supports the SOFTWARE with updates and services.

3. Your Account

After you have purchased a subscription, we will create an account for you in our membership area. You must keep your login credentials secret. You may not distribute, give away, lend, or re-sell your account access. We reserve the right to monitor account activity and take any necessary action in the event of abnormal usage being detected.

4. Updates and License Verification

WordPress automatically checks for updates to installed plugins. When doing update checks, CraftedPath plugins will connect to our servers to verify your license and check for update information.

Your license key must be kept secret. You may not distribute, give away, lend, or re-sell it. We reserve the right to monitor license key usage and take any necessary action in the event of abnormal usage being detected.

5. Restrictions

Prohibition on Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE in any way without the written permission of CraftedPath.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the SOFTWARE on websites and/or webpages that contain inappropriate, unlawful, illegal, or offensive content.

6. Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, CraftedPath may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and uninstall it from your websites.

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a 100% refund. Before requesting a refund, you must uninstall the SOFTWARE from your website(s). Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for subscription renewals.

8. Copyright

The SOFTWARE is owned by CraftedPath and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold, to you for use solely subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

9. Limited Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL CRAFTEDPATH BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAFTEDPATH OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE, OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CRAFTEDPATH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Louisville, Kentucky, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement without prior notice at our sole discretion. Continued use of the SERVICE after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
